We visited with a group of three, including one vegan, and ordered six incredible dishes. Every one of us was thrilled with the food! It's just as delicious and authentic as some of the top restaurants in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, or Singaapore. The outdoor seating area was perfect, with cozy heaters and a lovely spacious courtyard ambiance. The service was outstanding—attentive without rushing us, making us feel completely welcome. We were joined by a local friend who had heard great things about this place, and it exceeded all our expectations. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and I would absolutely return next time I'm in San Francisco.

Love this place!!! Went to a party there on their beautiful comfy patio and food and drinks were excellent!! Plenty of veg options for dim sum (hard to find at typical dim sum spots) and other dishes and everything was super yummy!! Staff was great and food came out quickly. Validated parking at nearby garage as well! I would definitely come here often if I lived closer and highly recommend!

Amazing surprise! The location is pretty simple from outside, but when you're in, it's a positive and shocking surprise. Perfect service and one of the best foods I ever tasted.

We were guests at a wedding banquet that was held in a private area up the stairs in the restaurant. There was a large area set aside for the wedding guests. Beautiful view of the Bay Bridge and Ferry Building from the outdoor patio. Food was outstanding and creative, not your standard Cantonese banquet fare. Dishes were served as individual portions to each guest. Standout dishes were the Lobster with noodles, salt and pepper cod, and the 3-tier dessert tray that included mango wrapped mochi pastry. Service was very efficient and courteous. Parking is convenient under Embarcadero 4, and the restaurant validated for 4 hours for $2.

Went for a lunch with a friend. Probably the first person through the door at 11:30 am on Thursday. As I was waking towards my table I couldn’t afford but to take pictures. It was an awesome experience. Me and my friend ordered a couple of pork dumplings, pork buns, chicken chowmein, jasmine tea. I also tried for the first time shrimp dumplings that was a unique experience but enjoyed it a lot. By the time I was done eating the entire place was full. Highly recommend getting there early and getting reservations.

Came here for dim sum on a weekend. Dim sum was fresh and steaming hot. Service was good and attentive (contrary to other Chinese restaurants).

Fantastic Cantonese style cuisine. We mainly go for the dim sum, which is some of the best we've tasted in the Bay area. Service is great, never have trouble getting assistance. Weather permitting, try to get a table on the patio. Don't forget to validate your parking (scan at the 2nd floor front desk).

I've been to Harborview multiple times for dim sum and dinner, and it's one of my favorite modern Chinese spots! Located off the Embarcadero, it offers a great view of the Bay Bridge and Ferry Building. The restaurant validates two dollars off parking in a nearby garage. I appreciate that reservations can be made through OpenTable, as the line for dim sum can be quite long. I prefer the dim sum over dinner. My favorite dishes are: - Baked BBQ Pork Buns with Crunchy Sugar Crust (Family Favorite) - Siu Mai (Classic) - Har Gow (Classic) - Orange Peel Beef Balls (My grandpa's favorite) - Deep-Fried Sesame Dumplings with Sweet Potato Stuffing (Family Favorite) - Crispy Roasted Pork Belly (Always crispy, love the spicy mustard) - Peking Duck (Can't go wrong, the skin is crispy) - Beef Brisket & Turnip in a Hot Pot (One of my favorites, super flavorful) They also have a drinks menu, and the Lychee Martini is delicious and quite strong. Harborview is one of SF's most upscale dim sum spots. It is pricey and a bit Americanized, but the food is good and reservations for a large family table are convenient.

This place is amazing. You should definitely make reservations and plan where you're going to park ahead of time because it does get very busy, and there is usually a line in the morning before they open. We parked in the lot down the street, it was about a five minute walk to the restaurant, and the pricing was decent, we spent about 7 dollars for parking at the time. The star of the show was the special baked BBQ pork bun. It is a fantastic blend of savory and sweet and just melts in your mouth. We also had the crispy pork with hot mustard sauce and the baked black cod (it took a bit longer to prepare but was worth the wait), which was delicious. The service was fantastic, and we sat outside and had a beautiful view of the bay bridge, the ferry building, and the bay. It was picturesque, but the food was so good that my eyes hardly left the plates. Definitely recommend coming here.
